I'm relatively new to the area and want to do some shooting, where should I head to? I don't have a dog, so I need to avoid the lakes, but is there anywhere to jump shoot or drive ditch banks around here?

Thanks, I look forward to seeing you guys out there.

If you have dekes, you can go west of town and try to get permission to hunt the wheat fields.
You can also go to the BLM office, on Fancher if I'm not mistaken, get a map of the Escure Ranch. Rock creek runs through the entire area. I haven't done it personally, but my dad used to be pretty successful jump shooting off the creek down there.
